UBANI-UKOMA LAWRENCE Esq

 Is a solicitor and advocate of the supreme Court of Nigeria ;  obtained his degree from prestigious  University of Calabar and his masters still in view with Harvard University America. An arbitration practitioner with a grounded knowledge in arbitration and mediation proceedings; he has wide range of experience in Commercial Litigation, Commercial Arbitration, Commercial mediation, Criminal litigation, Real property, Insolvency and Maritime law. He began his legal career with the firm of Abiodun Onidare & Co and rose to the position of the head of Chamber.

He is a member of several international and local professional bodies to wit: Member Lagos Court of Arbitration- MLCA ; Member, Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria (MAAN) ; Certified Mediator of the Lagos Multi-door Court House (LMDC) ; (BRIPAN) ; Member of Institute of Trade Finance Management and Practice of Nigeria. He is a member of Nigeria Barr Association Lago- island branch Lagos.  

Lawrence has attended several courses and trainings on international and domestic like Avocates SANS Frontiers France, Centre for Technology and Development (CITAD),and space for change (S4C) for promotion on digital rights in Nigeria.
Arbitration, corporate restructuring and insolvency and has completed his contract law program of Harvard University America.
He was actively involved in the team of defence of major high profile Bank C.E.Os from the High Court to the Court Appeal, and  on going 7up bottling Company  Nigeria limited on  going  land matter in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.  With vast experience in the defence of financial crimes. Engaged in debt recovery services for corporate companies and clients, namely Ceddi Corporations, Radial Circle Limited, Dizengoff Nigeria, Sara Products limited, Rocha Holdings, Zara form and MTN.

  • Currently handling  acres of  land matter in the Supreme Court of Nigeria against 7up bottling company.
  • Advising Clients on how to get back their money and applying legal means, mediation, Arbitration and litigation processes to recover debt. Successfully recover debt for our corporate Clients in 2015 with the team of our legal professionals.
  • Appearing in court and arguing clients’ causes in all tiers of the court system all over the Nation, on matters ranging from general civil and criminal litigation, winding up proceedings;
  • Advising Corporate Clients (on behalf of the firm) on broad range of corporate commercial and corporate restructuring.
  • Interfacing with statutory and enforcement Agencies on behalf of clients including Negotiating Arrangements and compromise at the highest level of the EFCC, SSS, Nigeria Police, SEC, NSE, Immigration and NDLEA;

MICHEAL SUNBOLA Esq

Obtained his first degree, LL.B (Hons), from the University of Lagos and a Masters of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of  Lagos, he proceeded to take a professional course in Arbitration and mediation.
He is a trial lawyer whose practice is in the area of complex commercial litigation with emphasis in securities, banking, real estate and employment disputes.
He has attended several seminars and conferences on Aviation, Maritime, Mediation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution matters within the Country.

LA-KADIRI LUKMAN Esq

La-Kadri Lukman Esq. LL. B (Hons.) LL.M (Principal Partner in the firm of L & A Chambers), Suite 8A, Ground Floor, East Pavilion, Tarawa Balewa Square, Onikan, Lagos State.

La-Kadri was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009 and had his Masters in Law from University of Ilorin in 2014. He is presently undergoing his Ph.D programme on Climate Change. He is a Member of Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (APNM), Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Nigerian Society of International Law (NSIL) and Student Member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). He is a Poet and Law researcher with several published Articles and Write-ups. Obtained her degree from Obafemi Awolowo University A highly motivated legal practitioner with theoretical and practical experience in various aspects of law who seeks an opportunity to apply and develop more skills in an organization that offers more challenges and career advancement.
